Founder
Chelsea is a former educator turned entrepreneur. She founded Skip, a job board that curates well-paying jobs in edtech and education-adjacent industries, in 2021. Before that, she taught English literature and writing to middle, high school, and college students for over a decade. She has conducted hundreds of job interviews with candidates for entry-level to senior-level roles for local government roles. She is active in her community, having served on her local School Board as well as volunteering with library and youth-focused committees. She also has a PhD in Medieval English Literature.
